very challenging 66 Beachside Avenue home in Westport.
Despite the complexity and size of the site and the home,
Wayne designed septic and drainage systems that were
perfect for the site and that satisfied Westport and Health and
Engineering Departments. Importantly, the plans were
developed and delivered quickly, they were well laid out
and easy to understand and execute, and they did not
compromise the natural beauty of the site and the area. I
